Call for Artists
After being live for 3 months, our call to artists has now closed.
If you submitted a design, please refer to the timeline in the artist information pack for next steps.
Applications are now going through our shortlisting process. All artists will be informed by the 16th of December whether their design has been shortlisted. The shortlisted designs will be presented to our wonderful sponsors at an event in January whereby they will select the artwork for their sponsored lion. We will contact all shortlisted artists soon after the art selection event to notify whether your artwork has been chosen.

If your artwork is selected you will benefit from:
- Painting a Lion with your design for the 2025 Lions at Large Trail
- Exposure of your art for the duration of the trail during Summer of 2025
- Networking opportunities with the artists and businesses involved throughout the project
- £1000 payment in recognition of your time and involvement in the project
