We’d love to hear your thoughts
Lions at Large – The Pride of Gloucestershire Trail has now come to an end. Our Roarsome Reunion was amazing with over 3,000 people visiting to see the Pride for the last time.
The Final Roar (the auction!) will take place on Thursday 9th October, please see the aucton tab for more details.
We want to extend a mighty roar of gratitude to everyone who has supported us and been part of the pride this year – all the adventurous trail goers, incredible sponsors, dedicated schools and enthusiastic volunteers – we could not have done it without you. Together, we’ve created something truly special; a celebration of community, beautiful artwork and a lasting legacy to transform cancer care.
We hope you enjoyed prowling across Cheltenham and Gloucester this Summer looking for Lions. Please could you complete our short survey to help us make things even better.
Thank you for supporting Lions at Large, The Big Space Cancer Appeal and Cheltenham and Gloucester Hopsitals Charity.

The Pride of Gloucestershire
The Lions roaming Cheltenham and Gloucester will be ‘The Pride of Gloucestershire’. After the Lions have left, their part in funding a Centre of Excellence for cancer care in Gloucestershire will remain as a lasting legacy.
The Charity making hospital life better
Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity helps your local hospitals do more to care for you, everyone you love and our passionate NHS staff. Generous supporters touch thousands of local lives every day. From state-of-the-art equipment, transforming the hospital environment, supporting our incredible staff to specialist care. Funds raised from Lions at Large will go towards proposed new cancer care facilities in Cheltenham with digital consulting rooms, space for state-of-the-art research, as well as a therapeutic outside space.
