Janine Smith

Janine splits her time working as a graphic & web designer for a creative design agency F8 Creates. Pikolo as a surface pattern and textile designer and being a mum to two young children.

Pikolo is an organic children’s clothing business & was born after a successful Kickstarter Campaign during maternity leave with her first child in 2018.

Janine works mainly in vectors and graphics. She is inspired by nature, animals, insects, natural elements, food, life and everything in between.

Janine loves bold colours, but her style is ever-evolving and, as a surface pattern designer, her designs can be scaled to the projects.

She has recently exhibited in the Worcester 100 at the Artery Studios in Worcester & is a volunteer for the art & education team at Worcester Wildlife Trust.

When not in the studio you will find her in nature, whether that be in the garden, the woods or on the beach with her family.
