Emma Everitt

Hi, my name is Emma, an artist working from Barry Island,South Wales. My art style is often described as ‘naive art’ although I prefer the term ‘happy art’. I like using bold bright colours with black outlining to make the colours pop even more. My paintings are often inspired by the colours and sounds of nature- particularly the sea. As well as painting canvasses, I also create pieces digitally, create logos for schools and organisations, paint murals and produce visual minutes for companies. I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with Wild in Art on ten trails and have loved every one. It’s amazing to feel able to help such incredible causes raise much needed awareness and funds, and seeing people interact with the sculptures during the trails. I also love the challenge of transferring a 2D design onto a 3D sculpture!
