Eduardo Guerra

Hi, I’m Eduardo Guerra, a proud Honduran artist who loves doodle art, abstract art, and pixel art. I started out drawing in black and white, but one day someone suggested I add colour and that changed everything for me. Now, I spend my time filling every little space, one by one, with bright, vibrant colours until the whole piece feels alive.

Whenever I’m feeling stressed or need a break, I love to sit in my room and paint. It’s a personal, calming process where I can express myself freely and turn everyday moments into colourful doodle art that makes me feel happy and connected.

I also create pixel art, which I use in my own 2D video game called Mawkey: The Last Macaw. It’s a project close to my heart, telling the story of the last scarlet macaw trying to save nature from destruction. I’ve always loved animals, and I dream of a world where they can live safely and without suffering.

For me, art is a way to breathe, to heal, and to bring a little more colour and kindness into the world.

Painting this lion took me hours and hours standing, sitting, even lying down at times but I did it with all my love for art. To be honest, this is my first sculpture ever, and I really hope to create more in the future because I truly enjoyed the whole process. I’m incredibly thankful to Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity and to Lions at Large for giving me the chance to paint this lion. I’m so grateful and happy that they liked my art and that it can now be exhibited to help fulfil its purpose.
