We are incredibly excited to announce our first ever joint sculpture sponsors!

Frasers Motorcycles in Gloucester and The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham, have come together to support the Lions at Large Trail.

Frasers Motorcycles was established in 1971 and is a proud family-run business specialising in new and used motorcycles. Driven by passion and commitment, the company pride themselves on its friendly, knowledgeable team and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The Brewery Quarter is the ultimate destination for dining, entertainment and socialising. Whether you’re after a lively night out, a family day of activities or a relaxed meal with friends; The Brewery Quarter delivers an unforgettable experience in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

The Pride of Gloucestershire Trail will feature 32 large lion sculptures and more than 50 little lions displayed throughout streets, parks, and open areas across the county. Each lion will be individually decorated; creating an exciting, free art trail for everyone to enjoy.

Demelsa Coleman, Marketing Manager, The Brewery Quarter commented:

“We’re incredibly proud to be supporting the Lions at Large Trail alongside Frasers Motorcycles. Community and creativity are at the heart of everything we do at The Brewery Quarter, and this initiative beautifully brings both together. It’s a chance for families, friends and visitors to explore Gloucestershire in a joyful and meaningful way – while raising vital funds for a cause that touches so many lives. We’re honoured to be part of something that not only brings people together, but helps create a brighter future for cancer care in our county.”

The funds raised from the Trail will go towards The Big Space Cancer Appeal; helping to build a bigger, brighter home for cancer care.

Victoria Fraser from Frasers Motorcycles, has a very meaningful reason for joining the pride,

“We’re a family-run business that has proudly served the Gloucestershire community for over 50 years; supporting great local causes has always been important to us. In July 2024, my dad, Neal Fraser, was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It came as a surprise as he had no symptoms at all, but thanks to a persistent daughter (yes, that would be me!), he went for a test. He received amazing care throughout multiple consultant appointments and had his prostate removed at Cheltenham General.”

“However, the environment where he received his diagnosis and had his appointments felt outdated. When we saw the vision for the new cancer centre, the modern peaceful design felt like the kind of space you would want to walk into during such a challenging time; a calming place for care, recovery, and healing. That’s why we’re so passionate about supporting this project – it means a lot to us, both personally and as part of our amazing local community.”
